The online application form template is set up to send relationship information to the EX Process Internet Submissions window where it can be processed and added to EX. In order to populate the parent information in EX, you must set up the relationship information mapping.
For this feature to work:
You must have a connection to the EX database set up in FormFlow. See Step 1 for more information. |
|
You must have read/write access to the EX tables the form is accessing and collecting information from or saving information to. |
1. From the Tools menu, select EX Mapping Tool. The Internet Submissions Mapping page appears.
2. From the Form Type drop-down, verify Admissions Application is selected.
3. Locate the Relationship Information - Parent 1 row and click the Edit link next to it.
4. Locate the REL_CDE column.
5. In the field next to the custom value drop-down, replace the temporary Jenzabar-provided PAR with your school's parent relationship code. This can be found on the EX Relationship Definition window. Example
