Quick Tips

To navigate this site use the tabs across the top of the page, the breadcrumbs on the line below those tabs, or the links on the left side bar. Using the tabs across the top of the page will always load the home page for that tab.
You can also use the quick links listed on the right.

Password Change (if you know your SJC password):

If you know your SJC password and want to change it:

-go to outlook.office.com or click Change Password to go to the Office 365 website

-once there, click on the icon or initials in the upper-right portion of the screen

-select "View account"

-select "Password" from the menu on the left

-enter your current and new password

-click submit to change your password

Password Reset (if you do not know your SJC password):

If you do not know your SJC password and need to reset it:

-go to passwordreset.microsoftonline.com or click Reset Password to go to the password reset portal

-this portal uses the sign-up information you provided when initially setting up your account

-follow the prompts on the screen to reset your password or unlock your account
