Login Information

Students can use their current campus credentials to login to mySJC. If you are having issues, please contact the IT Help Desk .
Applicants will be notified by email when their credentials are available.
New undergrad students, please check your admissions portal for instructions on how to login

How to Login with Microsoft Single Sign-On

When you login to mySJC it will authenticate your username and password directly through Microsoft 365. What this means for you is a secure login process into mySJC that is integrated with your SJC Microsoft 365 account.

In the top right corner there is one box for your username.

Your username is the first part of your SJC initials email without the @sjc.edu. Please enter it and click continue.

Correct: josmith

Incorrect: josmith@sjc.edu

Incorrect: John.Smith@sjc.edu

Next, if you are not already logged into your microsoft account you will be prompted to do so. Follow the prompts from microsoft to complete the login process.

Once you log into your SJC Microsoft 365 account it will automatically bring you back to the mySJC home page with all of your mySJC permisssions.

Navigating mySJC

Here are some navigation tips to quickly get from place to place as you begin moving around within mySJC.

Clicking on a tab at the top of the page will always load the home page for that tab.
The home page for a tab will display a number of portlets in the main content area of the page.
The left column of a page will display: the name of the tab you are currently viewing the name of the page you are on, followed by a list of the portlets on the page a list of pages created under the tab any subsections that have been created under the tab. Subsections display a folder icon.

Click on the title of the portlet to display that portlet by itself on the page. The originating page name will appear at the top of the content area, as a link.
Click on this link to display all the portlets once more.
To return to the main page for a tab, click on the tab at the top of the page or the name of the tab at the top of the left column.
As you navigate through the content on a tab, you will create a You Are Here: "breadcrumb" in the bar just below the Home tab. This will display the path you have taken to your current location as a series of links, which you may click to return to any of the previous pages.

How to Pay My Bill

Enrolled Students

Please log into MySJC, go to Students, then the campus-specific Financial Info page, click the “Make a payment/enroll in a payment plan” button. You will be taken to the payment portal home page.

On the payment portal you can:

Remit an electronic Tuition or Advance Deposit payment.
Enroll in a Payment Plan.
Provide parent or third party access to the payment site.

Overview, found on the payment portal’s left menu, summarizes your current balance due and provides additional links. To invite a parent or third party to be a payer select and complete the “Send a payer invitation” link.
